Account Watchlists

Retrieves all watchlists associated with a specific trading account, returning a complete collection of saved symbol lists with their names, symbols, and metadata. Enables comprehensive watchlist management.

Use Case: Load all watchlists for an account to display in a watchlist selector or portfolio monitoring dashboard with multiple symbol groups.
